Birthed from my belief that we all need someone to be present for us, Present Touch is a hands-on energy infused treatment that combines a variety of healing modalities including breath, visualization and meditation. The touch is non-demanding and the connection between the therapist and you conveys interest, but no demands.
You are gently guided toward the places of release and comfort as you move toward a healthy, natural, balanced state. You shift away from the tightness and stress to the peace and body aliveness that is always there just waiting for your attention.
The releases experienced during a session become an integral part of your body’s memory. With practice, you learn to tap into that state at will. You recognize that your body knows exactly what it needs. At this deep level of awareness, you learn to breathe effortlessly, experience true relaxation and a sense of inner peace.
