Nurture Yourself

The aim of this workshop is to increase our capacity to move through challenging circumstances and to come out of these times stronger and healthier with more tools for self-care.  While it isn¹t always possible for us to change our external conditions, we can learn ways to better manage our inner state. This workshop will introduce techniques to help you to reduce stress, anxiety, physical and mental discomfort. Participants will learn how to slow down and reconnect with themselves by utilizing a combination of breath, sound, movement and visualization to break habitual patterns.
